Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the fragrance in its original packaging, ensuring the bottle is tightly sealed and protected with the original padding.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
